This is a long and complicated story that spans 20 odd years.
The last year was probably the most dramatic with a gas leak that wasn’t reported resulting in a prohibtion notice and eventually the surrender of the lease to me. This left the first six months of this year ripping out defunct fast food equipment, dealing with rat poo oh so much rat poo and the discovery of floor to ceiling Art Nouveau tiles.
